Globalization

Today during class, we talked about globalization. Globalization is the connection of different parts around the world. Globalization results in the expansion of global, cultural, international, economies activities, or for short, interconnectedness. We talked about globalization such as McDonalds. Now a days, McDonald is over seas and becoming more popular. When we see the McDonalds icon, we will know medially that it is McDonalds. Another example of globalization is the Silk Road. This was a road back then that was in Asia that had many shops lined up on the sides where we can buy stuff from. Another example is religion. People spread religion to many places. Like for example Roman Catholicism. It was spread into the Mediterranean region. Another example is communicating through phone. When we talk on a phone we have to have many things. 1. Phone service: we need a company that can provide us signal to connect to the person we need, 2. Job: you need money for the phone, and 3. a store that sells phone. This is all globalization because these are all connected from all around the world that we can share.
