Test Review Day

Today during class, we went over the test that we did yesterday. We received our test score yesterday but I left early because of Orchestra rehearsal. I guessed that my score would be 75% and I was very close. I got a 76%. Off by one percent. But the questions on the test that I got wrong were mostly on the cultural geography part. I forgot some of the answers. I got all the questions on the Slumdog Millionaire questions correct. Our class average not the test was 75%. We received the highest average out of the other classes. We were going to go over our test on the countries presidents but we didn't have time. We are going over that tomorrow.

Cultural Geography, Major Religions, Slumdog Millionaire Test

Today in class, we took our test on the major religions, the movie Slumdog Millionaire, and cultural geography. The test was mostly on the major religions. There were some questions on the questions in the movie Slumdog Millionaire. I remember the questions were who invented the revolver, who was on the 100 dollar bill, and who was the third musketeer. There were questions on the countries like for example, what language did Brazil speak. Towards the ends of the test, there were questions on the major religions. I was surprised that the test wasn’t long. I was expecting writing like giving examples. The test was actually pretty short. I didn’t take a long time finishing the test. I finished the test in 15 mins. Overall, the test felt ok to me. I didn’t know some of the questions but I think I got most of the questions correct. Im guessing I got a 75%.

Movie Day #2

Today during class, we watch Slumdog again. We didn't get to finish today. How our community and the community in the movie is different is they way of living. Most of the people in the movie don't have enough money in order to have the basics. For example, the mothers are washing their clothes in toxic water. We wash our clothes with washing machines. Their houses are right next to each other and very compacted. We have lawns that separate our homes, except for apartments. Their police officers can punish or threaten criminals or anyone in order to get the information the would need. They don't have proper toilets. They have outhouses. Their teachers can physically hit the children if they don't pay attention or anything. Teachers here cannot do that. The main characters look 5 or 6 years old, and they are already working. They work at a outdoor bathroom to make money. Children here are not allowed to work.

Movie Day

Today during class, we watch a movie called Slumdog. The movie was talking about a boy that lived in a very poorly area and has been accepted to go into a tv show called Want to be a Million Air. The boy got into the tv show and answered the questions that he was asked to answer correctly. The odd part about all this was that he lives in a place that is poor and the education isn't very great. The police are suspicious and don't believe that he got all the questions correct. The police thought he was cheating. The police tortured him so that he would tell them how he answered the questions correctly.  Throughout the movie, there are flashbacks on how he answered the questions correctly. It was flashbacks back then when he was going through a hard time in his child hood and he passed by some of the answers to the questions he was asked. It was flashbacks of him being in school and learning about the questions. It was flashbacks of random things like for example, one question was about what was God holding his right hand. In his flashback, when these people were coming into his hometown and destroying it, he passed by this boy that was dressed up and covered in blue paint with a wig on. The boy was holding a bow and arrow in his right hand. And that was the answer to the question. It was a bow and an arrow.

Soda? Coke? Pop?

Today during class, we talked about cultural characteristics. Cultural characteristics are parts of a groups everyday life. They are the ideas and themes which the group will teach to all members. These same characteristics can also link or divide a region. Examples are language, religion, and ethnic heritage. We looked at a map that showed what counties in the United States call soda. Each county is color coded indicating what each county called soda. For example, counties colored yellow called soda soda. Counties colored blue called it pop. Counties colored red called soda coke. We learned why in the southeast of the United States there are mostly red but only the bottom of Florida had yellow. That was because people form the northeast had moved down to florida because of the cold weather. They brought along with them soda. That is why they call soda soda instead of coke. We also talked about the kids who could speak different languages. Students who could speak  many languages are rare in the United States. As the generation goes on, the parents wont teach the language to the child.

Israel National Anthem

English translation: As long as the Jewish spirit is yearning deep in the heart, With eyes turned toward the East, looking toward Zion, Then our hope - the two-thousand-year-old hop - will not be lost: To be free people in our land, The land of Zion and Jerusalem. The national anthem sounds sad. It sounds like a war was over and this song was sang. This national anthem compared to our national anthem, the Israel's national anthem sounds weaker than ours. Ours sounds like it has more energy is our voices. Israel's national anthem sounds calmer and more sad.

Presidents Test

Today during class, we took the test on the presents. I was expecting something about the presidencies terms, how they can be impeached or taken down, and the type of government each state has. I thought the test would be more focused around these questions but it was not. Before the test, we had to do a power point on a state. The questions we had to answer for the power point was the presidencies terms, how they can be impeached or taken down, and the type of government each state has. But when I got the test, I saw that the questions were mostly about the presidents themselves. Some of the questions were based on the power points but most of them were mostly talked about in class and facts about the presidents. The test was ok for me. It was kind of hard. The very last question was a essay. I thought the essay was ok because it was something that we talked about in class yesterday. We talked about how un-American it would be for an American to kill the president. We also talked about why it was wrong to kill the president. And on the test, the last question was about that. I couldn't write down a lot because I didn't remember everything. I only remember that it would not be fair for the people that voted for the president and the president be killed by someone that doesn't like the president. Its one person that hates him vs thousands of people that voted for him for a cause.

Israel Project

Today during class, we got to work on our project in class. We got to use all the time in class to work. Steven and I worked on our power point. I was working on finding the government and presidents. Steven was working on the other slides. I had a hard time trying to find on how to change the leadership of Israel. I spent a good 30 mins trying to find it. By the end of class I couldn't find it so that was my job for homework. The background I used was the Israel flag. I used that background for all of the slides since I didn't know what to put as a background. Steven found pictures of the president and the prime minister.

First Assignment for Second Quarter

Today during class, all of us were assigned to do our first assignment for second quarter. We were to be paired up with someone else and create a powerpoint on a country we choose to do. I was partners if Steven. We were to choose a number from a hat. Whatever that number was, that number was our number for our country pick. We got number 6 so we got sixth pick. We picked Israel as our country. We worked on our power point and got most of the work done. I didn't know how to create the power point or to add people to work on the power point together. But thanks to Steven, we got that worked out. I had to play around wight the power point first to get to know everything. It took me a while to find out how to insert the background. I found out how when I saw the background button. We got 75% of the work done by the end of the class.

Pop Quiz

Today during class, we took our first pop quiz. The quiz was about the presidents we talked about in yesterdays class. The quiz had 15 questions. The first 5 questions was identifying the presidents and the state they lead. The rest of the questions was about the presidents in detail. I didn't know some of the questions that was on the quiz but I guessed on them. When everyone finished their quiz and turned it in, you took the quizzes and graded them. I got a 60 percent. I had a feeling I would because I didn't know some of the questions. I thought I would get a 30 or 40 percent because the average for the other classes were 60 and 67. For the rest of the class, most of the students just played on their laptops until class was over.

Test # 2 Review

Today during class we went over the quiz we had on Friday. I got a 100% on the test and I'm very proud. The first part of the test was the 10 min section with the world fact book with 12 questions. The second part was a word bank with 19 questions. The words were crude birth rate, net migration rate, rate of natural increase, population pyramid, crude death rate, life expectancy, and total fertility rate. The third part was a math part. It talked about the Net Migration, Total Fertility Rate, and Net Migration. The fourth part was on Migration were we had to list two pull forces and two push forces. The fifth part was on the population pyramid were we were given population pyramids and we were to use those pyramids to answer the questions given. The last part was the bonus questions that I didn't get. The first question was What is the Net Migration Rate for the entire world, the answer was 0. The second question was What Total Fertility Rate equals the replacement rate, the answer was 2.1.

Homework Class

Today during class, everyone that wasn't at school on Friday because of the retreat had to makeup their test today. The test couldn't be made up tomorrow because of the PSAT test. We are leaving at 12 and there was no time to make it up. Since those people are making up theirs tests, the rest of us were able to have the whole class time to just do what we wanted. We could do homework during this time. The only thing we couldn't do was listen to music. It was going to be a distraction because of the sound. I already did the test so this was my time to do my homework. I finished all of my English homework that was due Thursday.

Test #2

Today I had my second test. The test was about net migration, total fertility, crude death and birth rate, population pyramid, and CIA world fact book. I thought the test was between ok and easy. I was really nervous on the CIA world fact book part where we could only get 10 mins to do. I was kind of rushing but I was pretty sure that I did fine on that part. I ended up having an additional 3 mins left so I went on the regular part of the test. The next part of the test was a word bank. I kind of struggled on two words. It was net migration and total fertility. I remembered on the CIA world fact book part that I wrote children/women at the end of my answer so I knew that the total fertility had do something with children and women. And one of the options did have that. The next part was to write two pull and push forces. The last part of the text was on the population pyramid. I thought this part was the easiest because we spent a good two days just going over population pyramid. I remembered that the African pyramid was the pyramid that actually looked liked a real pyramid, the United States had a pyramid that looked like a house, and the German pyramid looked like a diamond. The very last part was extra credit. I don't remember clear what the questions were but all I remembered was that I didn't know what in the world the answer was. I think one of the questions was what was the net migration was for the whole world.

Population Pyramid and CIA World Fact Book

Today during class we talked about the population pyramids. We all got a chance to go on the CIA world fact book and search up random countries to look at there population pyramid. You also gave us free premium for spottily to me and the other students in class that didn’t get one. Some pyramids we looked up had more younger people, some had more older people, and some had some really weird pyramids like Qatar. Qatar had more males in their population rather than women. They had more men because the work there is more harder and meant to be more for men rather than women. I also looked up information on the bad things about the countries. I found out that the United States is the largest country to consume cocaine. You also talked about that the producers of the cocaine are actually making deals with the United States saying they will provides schools, weapons, ext if they can still send the cocaine to the United States. The people in America are saying to stop but in reality we can’t. Its really weird how it works out.

Population Pyramid

Today during class we talked about the video you told us to watch on Friday as our homework. The video was about population pyramid and based on that, how we can figure out the the specific population of a group of age. The population pyramid looks like a side ways bar graph going outwards. The are two sides to a bar graph and one side is for the boy and the other is for the girls. In the middle of the graph is the age. There are many ways that the graph can change like industrialization, nature disasters, and education of women. Education of women is one because nowadays, there are more opportunities open out to women which means the population of the younger people will decrease because the women have more opportunities open to them. As a country slows in population growth, its pyramid shape will become rectangular. Things that a population pyramid shows is birth rates, population number, and death rates. In an advance state of industrialization you will have a stable population, good living conditions, long life expectancy, and low and death rates.

CIA World Fact Book

On Friday in class, we went over our homework last week on the CIA world fact book. The fact I presented was that in Swaziland, 26.5 precent of the people from ages 15-49 have HIV. I thought that was interesting because the percentage of the HIV was very high. We also talked about the top rankings for HIV. Most of the top countries that have HIV was in Africa because the message of the HIV is not really getting out there to the people in Africa. We also talked about some countries not revealing there HIV status. Some states have the HIV section as N/A. Its not interesting as in a good thing but a interesting thing as in I didn't know that. Our class mate Karson talked about Pitcairn Island not having any military. They are protected by the United Kingdom. We also talked about the number of percentage of death for children that don't reach the age of 5. India was ranked number 2 with 43.5 percent. Their population is very large and also their percentage of death for children that font reach 5 which means a lot of the kids are dying before or at 5.

Population, Migration, and CIA world fact book

Today during class we talked about crude birth and death rates out of every 1000 people. To get the rate of the natural increase is by subtracting the death rate from the birth rate. This gives the annual. We also talked about the net migration which is the difference between the number of persons entering and leaving a country during a year. Net migration is the excess of persons entering the country. Net migration is written as a positive number. For example the United States has 3.92 migrants per 1000 population. An net migration is an excess of persons leaving a country. This is written as a negative number. For example Mexico had -3.11 migrants per 1000 population. We also talked about the CIA website. Last year the United States had 3.92 migrants per 1000 population but now is 2.45 according to the CIA website. Last year Mexico had -3.11 migrants per 1000 population but now is -1.64 according to the CIA website. Some interesting facts on the CIA website is that Vietnam is ranked number 15 for population. Whats interesting about it is that compared to the top countries, Vietnam is the smallest country compared to the tops countries which are about 3 times larger than Vietnam. Swaziland is ranked number one to have the most HIV with 26.5 percent of there population having HIV.

Population and Migration

Today during class, our topic was population and migration. We talked about the growth rate of humans from back then and close to now. Right now, there are more than 7 billion people on earth. The population is increasing by 73 million per year. There were about 201,000 people born every day in 2013. If we break that down, we get about 8,377 people per hour. If we break it down even more, we get 140 people per minute. Break it down even more, we get 2.3 people per second. 90% of this population growth takes place in the developing countries of Africa, South and East Asia, and Latin America. India is also one of the most places to have lots of babes too. The people of India know that if they have 5 children, they will know that at least 3 of the 5 will survive. China is also one of the most to have lots of babies too. The population in China was too large that they had to have a new rule saying that everyone in the city can have only one child. They could not have two or more. We also talked about the average age people live till. In Manaco the average for men was 80.57, for women it was 93.77. In the US, the average for men was 76.05, for women it was 81,05. In Chad, the average for men was 48.69, for women it was 49.82.

First Test

Today was my first test in Human Geography. I was expecting something easy to be on the test since it was our first one. I was surprised that we could use our blogs to do our test. I thought we couldn't since there might be someone who will cheat and search google or go on someone else's blog to look for answers. While I was doing my test, it was a little longer than I thought it would be. I thought it would take me about 20-25 mins but it took me 35 mins to finish. The test was pretty easy and it was about the level that I thought was perfect for me. The test had a lot of questions that I had to answer by writing. My hand was hurting when I was writing the my BCRs. That was because today I had a lot of more tests before this test and I had to write a lot. In Mr. Kimble's class, we had to write definitions of words in our textbook at they were very long. When I almost finished my test. I found out that there was a back with two more BCRs that I didn't expect. It was almost the end of class and I about 10 mins left to do the last two BCRs. My hand already hurts a lot and I had to go an even slower pace because of this. But I made it through somehow and I had 2 extra mins left. I don't know how that happened but it was a miracle.

Studying in Class

Today during class, we got to study for tomorrows test. We spent the whole class doing this. I created an account on quizlet.com and create flashcards for the Greek words. I made flashcards for the words agora, arete, polis, 508 BC, Socrates, the death of Socrates, the sacratic method, and what it meant when the ancient Greeks called you an idiot, and also the quote that Sacrates said which was " The unexamined life is not worth living ". I also reread the story of A Message to Garcia. A Message to Garcia was about a guy named Rowen that gave a personal message from President McKinley to Garcia that was in Cuba. During this time, when people where told to do something, they were lazy to do it because it was too much work. Like for example, if you wanted to search up something, you can't use google because it wasn't invented during this time so they had to look it up in the dictionary and the encyclopedia. People had to do more work and people were lazy. Rowen stood out people he didn't complain when he was told to send that message to Garcia. I also watch the video on the Did You Know facts. We went through on how we felt after watching that. Each facts in the video was very interesting and made me think. It made me think because each fact was telling me about things in the world that was weird that I never knew. I also went through the what globalization was and how it effects the world. Globalization is the connection of different parts around the world. Globalization results in the expansion of global, cultural, international, economies activities.

Globalization

Today during class, we talked about globalization. Globalization is the connection of different parts around the world. Globalization results in the expansion of global, cultural, international, economies activities, or for short, interconnectedness. We talked about globalization such as McDonalds. Now a days, McDonald is over seas and becoming more popular. When we see the McDonalds icon, we will know medially that it is McDonalds. Another example of globalization is the Silk Road. This was a road back then that was in Asia that had many shops lined up on the sides where we can buy stuff from. Another example is religion. People spread religion to many places. Like for example Roman Catholicism. It was spread into the Mediterranean region. Another example is communicating through phone. When we talk on a phone we have to have many things. 1. Phone service: we need a company that can provide us signal to connect to the person we need, 2. Job: you need money for the phone, and 3. a store that sells phone. This is all globalization because these are all connected from all around the world that we can share.

Discussion on did you know video

Today during class we talked about last nights homework and how we responded to sac of the did you know facts. We went through each one of them and talked about what is was and how it effects us today. We live in a fast moving world. This is because of the help in technology and we get smarter through time. We invent new things that can help us. For example, when the phone came out, this was a new way we could communicate with others instead of having to communicate directly. When technology changed, new things were invented like the iPhone. The iPhone now has all sorts of features that we can do on it. Like texting, FaceTime,  games, ext. When technology got even better even newer things were invented like the Apple watch. We use technology in a lot of places like when you go to the mall, your friends, in your house, outside, ext. Our world we live in is a fast moving world because of the newer things we invent and the smarter we get. When we use the internet, we gotta be carful. There are hackers out there that can hack things. Like for example Home Depot got hacked and the people who hacked it could get access to all the peoples credit card numbers from the people who are a member there.

Did You Know Video

Today during class we saw a video on interesting facts that we didn't know of. Or maybe some of us knew already. During the video it showed us facts about the population of India's IQ vs ours which India has more,  China will become the number one English speaking country, if Facebook would be a country, it would be the third largest country in the world, there are 31 billion searches on google every month, 1 out of every 8 couples married in the U.S. last year met online, ext. When I saw this video, I thought it was so fascinating but scary at the same time. The video made me want to see more but at the same time if I watch more I would be more freaked out. I find it a little scary because some facts that I hear are sometimes unusual and weird which I'm not used to so I get a little scared and freaked out. These changes are manifesting themselves into my personal life because once they become big and start to spread, it also effects me. Technology plays a huge part in my life because technology got me to where I am now. Technology helps me in school like using laptops and also the whiteboard. Technology makes our lives better like for example sending emails and making phone calls to the other side of the earth. All around me there is technology. When Im inside my house, got to school, go outside, go shopping, just anywhere. Without technology my life would be very hard.

Ancient Greek words #2

During class today, we finished the rest of the Ancient Greek words from yesterday and talked about the meaning of " the unexamined life, is not worth living " that Sacrates said. We went through the words the death of Sacrates and what the Greeks meant when they called you an idiot. The death of Sacrates was by the Athens when they said Sacrates was guilty for " messing up the minds of Athens ". Most of of Athens voted him guilty and his punishment was drinking Hemlock. Sacrates friends tried to help him escape Greece but Sacrates said he wouldn't go. Sacrates believed in his hometown and that he thought the best was to die because he was voted guilty. He was then later viewed as one of most Greece's heroes. What the ancient Greeks meant when they called you an idiot was people who didn't participate in voting's they were called an idiot. The ancient Greeks were very into the idea of voting and that everyone should vote ( except for the very poor, women, and underage ). In class we also talked about what the quote " the unexamined life, is not worth living " that Sacrates said meant. That quote meant people should be doing something in life that can help the world. Instead of doing the same thing over and over again like waking up, going to work, then coming back home, sit in front of the TV and drink all night, then sleep and start the day all over again isn't going to help. Instead people should be doing something in life to help the world like for example donating.

Ancient Greeks words

During class today, we talked about our homework from last night. Our homework from last night was the definitions on the Greek words you have gave us. Well in class we only went over six of the eight words since we ran out of time. Our first word was Agora. Agora was a voting area to discuss and meet about the town. The voting area was usually only men that voted. Women didn't have the right to vote yet during this time. Our next word was Polis. Polis was a city state in Greece where the people that lived there voted on many things like the road, buildings, ext. Our next word was 508 BC.  During the time 508 BC, this was a special time for Greece because this was when the common people in Greece over powered their tyranny that time. This was special because this was the first time ever in history that the common people over powered their tyranny or king. Our next word was Socrates. Socrates was a Greek philosopher. He was also a teacher. Socrates was also not very attractive. When him and his friends had a discussion about who was the most attractive, Socrates said himself. He said himself because he said that with his big eyes that popped out, he was able to see more things than they could and also his nostrils were big so that means he could smell things better than they all could. Our last word was the death of Socrates. The death of Socrates was that Socrates himself was forced to drink Hemlock because his town decided he was guilty.

A message to Garcia

During class we went over a message to Garcia. This was a story 100 years ago that talked about president Mckinley sending a message to Garcia in Cuba. That wasn’t the end of the story. President Mckinley asked for someone who was trust worthy and didn’t complain. Rowen was the man for the job. President Mckinley gave the message to Rowen and without complaining, Rowen simply took the message and went to Cuba to give the massage to Garcia. While on the trip to Garcia, Rowen had to sail on a boat to Cuba and then go through the jungles to give the message to Garcia. The reason why this was important because this showed people why Rowen stood out. Back then, when people were told to do things they would complain saying why do I have to do it, can’t he or she do it, whats the point of doing it, ext. Rowen did the opposite on something that was hard to do. Rowen sent a personal message from the president to Garcia. When this news started to spread, the story became very viral and people started to be put on newspapers. About 40 million copies were made. When it was 1936 the copies hit 80 million.

Five things to improve this year

Five things I hope to improve to this year to be successful is being organized with my locker, being faster at switching classes, improve my writing skills, typing faster, and try my very best. I want to organize my locker because my locker isn't the best organized locker on earth. Its really messy and my books are everywhere. Every time I open my locker to get my books for my next class, I feel like I'm in a hurricane where everything is all over the place and it takes me years to find the books I need for my classes. That takes me to my second thing I want to improve this year is being faster at switching classes. One of the reasons is having a messy locker which makes me have have to look for the books I need and wastes my time. Another reason is that I slow at having to gather all of my stuff from being in a class and get out. Im usually the last one out so I want to improve by being faster at gathering my books. My third thing I want to improve this year is my writing skills. I'm not a good writer when it comes to English. I don't really know what I'm doing wrong with my writing but I usually never get a good grade in writing essays, rough drafts, poems, ect. I want to change that this year. My fourth thing I want to improve this year is typing faster. Right now I'm typing this blog and its taking a pretty long time. I want to improve my typing skills to be faster so that a. I can do my homework faster when having to write essays, blogs, ect b. taking notes in class faster c. being able to catch up with the class if I'm behind. My last is trying my very best. As long as I know I tried my best in school I can be happy. I don't care if my parents say I need to try harder when I already know I tried my hardest, I can be happy that I know I tried my best to get to where I am today.

Today during class #2

During class we didn't do much. Our class was already ahead so it didn't matter. We mostly sat around and chatted. At the beginning of class you were 10 mins late. You called a kid to be in charge but he just joked around and made us all do simon says while you were gone. When you came back you checked our blog to make sure we had it complete. You called us up one by one while the rest sat around waiting and some of us played snake. Karson helped Rosemarry on her first day of school with her schedule to see what she has and where to go. I mostly sat around doing nothing and waited. We basically didn't learn anything and it was like a free class to do anything.

Today during class

Today during Human Geography we talked about the grading and how much points is taken off if not turned in on time. We talked about the grading scale on tests, quiz, projects, and homework and how much points each one is. For the first 20 mins we went over last nights homework to see who did and you didn't do homework. We went through the course syllabus. You said there were no extra credits because our school is a college prep school. We went over the policies in class. We went over about getting missed work the next day or after school. If we missed work we had to see your blog for updates on homework or ask anyone in class that can help on catching us up in class. Lastly we talked about our schedule this year and talked about upcoming tests later on.

First Day

I started of my day waking up in the morning at 6 am getting ready for the first day of school. I wore my uniform, got my books, ate breakfast and was out the door at 7 am. I got to the school at 7:20 am and I went straight to my locker to put my stuff away but a teacher went up to me and said I couldn’t be out at the lockers at this time. I didn’t understand because in middle school, when I got into the school I had to report to my locker first to put my stuff away. The teacher was nice and said for me to go back outside and I did. When it was 7:45 I reported to my locker but I forgot my locker combination and was stuck at my locker. I went to my advisory teacher to get my locker combination but my teacher wasn’t there. So I ended up waiting 10 mins for Mr.Moller to come back. My first place to go was the upper gym to get my picture taken. I couldn’t get my second picture taken for the har co card so I had to skip that and go to the lower gym for the next thing I had to do. When I was in the lower gym, the lower gym was divided into 2 sections. I was told to go to the half side gym close to the lockers. The teacher talked about the school rules and about bullying. Then I went to the other half of the lower gym for my next thing I had to do. The teacher talked about how gifted us students were. The next class was going to the brown room and we met up with the school councilors. Every councilor introduced themselves and we got to know them better. When I was done with the brown room I went to the auditorium and talked about how girls were smarter than guys at our age. Next I went to the cafeteria and the teachers talked about our field trips for the end of the year and field trips for world language students. Next I went on to my normal classes that I would originally have on Tuesday. I first had Human Geography with you. We talked about your blog, emailing you, buying composition books, and tonights homework. I next had Freshman Seminar with Mr. Sean. We talked about the school rules, bullying, and what you do through social media that can effect your job. I went to Intro to Bible next with Mr.Mike. We all introduced ourselves and talked about the rules in the classroom. My next class was Algebra with Mrs. R. In class we got our algebra books, and filled out a paper that was passed out that Mrs.R could get to know us better. My last class was orchestra with Mr. Marc. I was surprised when I found out that we only have 10 people playing in orchestra this year. In class we went over how lessons work, got to see the orchestra room and also wear we put our instruments. In the end I was very proud of my school and I really liked it. I thought the schedules were suitable for me. I didn't feel nervous throughout the day probably because I know that a lot of people are going through the same thing as I am so I'm not alone.
